Only same one note on 6th and 7th button

Don’t know why, but the Arp plays nice arpeggios when using maj, min, sis, dim and aug button but with 6th and 7th it repeats only one note. Latest firmware of june 2024.

Please try creating a custom chord or selecting a major for the 6th chord button?

Also, are you in MIDI Input Arpeggiator Mode = ARP DEFAULT?

Also, do you have Pitch Filter enabled?

Do you have Note Limit enabled?

Please try each of these in turn.

If you can post or email a video of the behaviour, that would be very helpful.

My first thought would be...

Do you have those chords (6th and 7th) set as Custom chords? Hold the Chord button and press Load/Reset.

Are both arp tracks outputting on the same MIDI Channel?

Do you have either track's voice mode set to MONO?

No modulations?

Is it the same issue with 6th and 7th chords on a different patch?

Found it and sorry for the circumstances:

I changed the Arpeggiation Mode back from classic to arp default. With arp default it works fine now. Don’t know what affects the behaviour in classic mode. I haven’t used an external keyboard to trigger the chords and only used the chord buttons on the Arp.

That's great to hear. Yes, Classic Mode has caught me out a few times. Stick with ARP Default if you're not using a keyboard. That said, it shouldn't play just one note. I'll investigate this and see if I can recreate it. I'll let you know if I find anything. Sorry you've had issues with it. ARP can be pretty complex in some ways and anything we can do to make it easier to get to the bottom of issues is a good thing. So I'll think on this too.
