Currently, we accept orders via our own online shop only.

Please note that we cannot despatch to PO Box numbers. We MUST have a full postal address.

All our goods are sold in UK currency, Pounds Sterling (£) GBP



We accept payment for our products through Paypal and via our online shop only.



Our online shop operates from the UK.  Value Added Tax (VAT) is a sales tax that must be paid by all customers resident in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). If you are ordering from anywhere outside the UK, VAT will not be applied.



If you are buying from outside the UK, our products may have additional duties, tariffs, taxes and/or customs clearance charges applied when entering your country and you will be responsible for paying the fees to clear customs. This is usually a single charge per shipment. These are outside the control of Midicake Ltd. and are your responsibility should they arise.



Our shipping charges are paid at the checkout and represent the cost of shipping only.

If you are buying overseas, you will need to pay any further charges (detailed above) directly to the shipping company before delivery.

All customers should be aware that they will be the “importer of record” and are fully and solely responsible for any additional costs imposed at the point of import into their country, should they arise. If payment of these additional costs is refused when requested by the courier company or their agents, the shipment is likely to be treated as abandoned and NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

Some countries require you to hold an import license in order to import goods, please check your local guidelines.


Within the UK, delivery is usually between 3 - 5 working days.

Delivery to other countries varies but is usually between 3 - 5 working days for Europe and North America.


Midicake products are thoroughly tested prior to despatch. In the unlikely event of a problem, our products are covered by a "Back to Base" warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Return of the product to Midicake is your responsibility and at your cost. We will not arrange for collection. On receipt and examination of the items, if found to be faulty we will repair or replace them (at our discretion) and we will cover the cost of return to you. If no fault is found, we will discuss the problem with you, but return to you will be chargeable.

If you suspect that one of our products is faulty, please contact us via our website. We will do our best to help you find what the problem is. Please supply a description of the problem as well as the unit serial number, any connected devices, and the country in which you are using the product.

If we determine that the equipment needs to be returned, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). You should send the goods well protected to minimize the risk of damage in transit and you should use a service that requires a signature on delivery to us. It may be worthwhile considering insuring the goods in transit as we will not cover the cost of lost or damaged items.


In compliance with UK law, Midicake Ltd. offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all physical items sold directly by us. The item must be in “as new” condition and you must contact us before returning an item, (see SENDING ITEMS below).


You the customer must cover the cost of shipping. A copy of the original invoice or receipt must also be supplied along with the item.

A refund for the original sale value, not including shipping costs, will be transferred once we have received and inspected the returned item.


Orders can be cancelled and will be refunded if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped the Return Policy will apply.


If you need to send anything to us, you must ALWAYS arrange it with us FIRST, via the Contact Us page on our website. Never send us anything without contacting us first. Deliveries may be refused if not expected.

If you are overseas and are sending an item to us, please ensure you mark the package clearly with the words TEMPORARY IMPORT. This is critical and if not done will probably incur an import duty charge which will have to be covered by you.

Also, note that any item sent to us should be well packed to minimize the risk of damage in transit and it is also worthwhile considering insurance.

In the case of a suspected fault, you should first contact our technical department. If they decide that the equipment needs to be returned, you will need a returns authorization number (RAN). Sending non-faulty equipment to us will waste your money – please contact us first!

Charges for invalid returns and any customs fee incurred must be paid for via Paypal.  Details will be provided as needed.

Please send any items to us in the original packaging, if possible. If you are in any doubt, please contact us via the website for advice.
