Sorry but with latest firmware 6 I had 2 crashes (reboot) with the Arp after about 20 minutes constantly playing. There seems to be nothing special I have done before. Maybe one of the new chop and ratcheting I touched before crashing. Someone else here?

Powering was also an idea for me to follow. Thanks for confirmation. Mine is powered by an USB power supply which I can easily change.
UPDATE: I was wrong: Not powered by power supply but by USB hub 😩. So I will change to a dedicated power supply. Maybe this could be part of the problem.
I am also shure it is NOT a hardware issue. Problems starting with latest V6 firmware. Yesterday I even had a reboot when the Arp was not running (stopped). I try to reproduce but seems not to be easy 🙂
I have had this happen once since the firmware update. No external keyboard, just output to Midihub. I was using the new ratcheting feature, sending to four distinct channels, one mono, three polyphonic, but when the reboot occurred, I was not interacting with the Arp at all, It had been running for about 5min. maybe more, or so as I was elsewhere adjusting synths and the screen reset distracted me. I will try to reproduce again with more details. I doubt it's hardware. I have had no issues at all using the device daily for months. Maybe memory leak.
That's odd. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues.
Is it only after playing for 20 mins?
What are you connected to?
What are the MIDI routing?
Are you changing MIDI Channel or anything else unusual?
Had you been changing patches?
Are you using an external keyboard.
It'll be hard to track down and try to replicate without a bit more information.
If it continues to be a problem we will, of course, replace your ARP for you. However, it's more likely to be a software issue.
My apologies once more for the inconvenience. We'll do our best to try to resolve it for you.
